View the Integration Status of Entity Records Sent to External Systems

Note: Users performing this task must have Human resource assistant or Human resource manager role.

1. Navigate to the Integration Status to External Systems Page (under Human resources > Integration with external systems > Inquiries and reports).

2. In the Entity type filter, select an entity name to view the records.

The records of the selected entity type are displayed with the integration status in the Integration status field.

Further, for a selected entity record, you can view the following details:

• The field-value pair of the record, and additional information on the integration status in the INTEGRATION DETAILS section.

• The acknowledgment status and additional information on the acknowledgment status in the ACKNOWLEDGMENT DETAILS section.
