Delete Records with Error or Pending Status
Note: Users performing this task must have the System administrator role.

Navigate to the Integration Status to External Systems Page (under Human resources > Integration with external systems > Inquiries and reports).

In the Entity type filter, select an entity name to view the records.

Select the records with Error or Pending status that must be deleted.

Click the Delete menu option.

Click Yes in the message prompt.
The selected records are deleted.
