The New Blackboard Help Sites are Live!

We’re excited to share that the new Blackboard help sites are now live! The updated experience features a modern interface, clearer navigation, role-based pathways, improved mobile usability, and easier ways to find the information you need.

Timeline

Phase Dates Description
New help sites launch Dec 12 New help sites go live for all users. In-product links redirect to the new sites.
Old sites are retired Jan 23 All pages on help.blackboard.com redirect to the new sites.

Note: For now, both the new and legacy sites remain available, so you can work in parallel and update any links in your resources as needed. Beginning January 23, all URLs on help.blackboard.com will automatically redirect to the new site. In many cases, redirects will point to an exact one-to-one match; where that isn’t possible, they will route to the closest corresponding page.
