What is the expected size of an Offline Report?

The majority of archives do not exceed 5 GB. If you are buying a flash drive to store your Offline Report, we recommend buying an 8 GB flash drives. There are very few Offline Reports that are larger than 8 GB.

What is a Requirement Source?

Can I print my report?

How do you upload documents to the Document Directory?

Uploading documents to the Document Directory is a very simple process.  For more details on how to upload documents, please refer to Uploading Documents to the Document Directory.

Can I copy and paste information from external sources?

Yes, but we recommend always using the Paste as Plain Text tool. Please refer to Paste as Plain Text Default Setting more information.

How do I add new users?

What is the difference between a report and a page?

How do I change my institution's header logo?

You can upload your own header logo in your Accreditation Site Resources page.

Why does the PDF Report show a colored background?

This is due to a site setting. To get your site defaults updated, submit a support case.
