Configure the Systems for Integration

You need to configure the settings in Anthology Student and the Human Resources (HR) and Payroll systems for integration.

Configure Anthology Student

To configure Anthology Student, you must have System - Settings - Manage authorization.

To integrate Anthology Student with External Human Resources (HR) and Payroll systems, you must configure the integration under Settings > Faculty Workload > General.

The following options are available:

  • Update HR Configuration - Select Manual Configuration or Integrated HR to determine how HR configurations will be updated in Faculty Workload Management. The default is Manual Configuration.

  • Update Payroll Configuration - Select Manual Configuration or Integrated Payroll to determine how payroll configurations will be updated in Faculty Workload Management. The default is Manual Configuration.

  • Export Payroll Earning Lines from FWM - Select whether or not you want to export payroll earning lines to Azure Service Bus (ASB). If yes, it will be sent to ASB. For No, it will be exported as a file.

Configure Finance & HCM and Anthology Payroll

To configure the settings in Finance & HCM for the integration between the Faculty Workload Management module of Anthology Student and Finance & HCM, you must have a Human resources manager or System administrator role.
