Permissions Required

Manage Canned Response - To create, edit, share, and delete Canned Responses.

From the Chat Workspace, you can edit a Chat Canned response to which you have access.

To Edit a Chat Canned Response

1.  Select the required Chat Canned Response.

2.  Click Edit to view it in the Canned Response window.

3.  Modify the required details.

4.  Click .

Note 

•   A Canned Response that is not categorized is listed under None.

•   Chat Canned Responses can also be edited from the Canned Response Manager.

•   When setting Chat Media Options in Talisma Client, you can configure a Chat Canned Response to be sent as an automatic response at the end of a chat session. Such a Canned Response will be automatically sent to the visitor when you end a chat session. You cannot edit a Chat Canned Response that is configured by another User as an automatic response.
