Categorizing a Chat Canned Response
Permissions Required
Manage Canned Response - To create, edit, share, and delete Canned Responses.
Categorizing enables you to easily search for a Canned Response during a chat session. Although a Canned Response is Team-specific, it can be shared across different Teams.
From the Chat Workspace, you can categorize Chat Canned Responses.
To Categorize a Chat Canned Response
1. Select the required Chat Canned Response.
2. Right-click the selected Canned Response, and select Categorize from the shortcut menu.
The Categorize dialog box is displayed.
3. Select the Team to which the Canned Response belongs, and select one or more Categories under which you want to categorize the Canned Response.
4. Click OK.
The Canned Response is categorized.
Note Categories are listed only if you create Categories for Interactions. |
Tip Click Refresh to refresh the Canned Responses pane. |
To Select a Chat Canned Response
You can select the required Canned Response from the Talisma Chat Workspace.
1. In the Chat tab of the Talisma Chat Workspace, select the Canned Responses pane. A list of Teams with Categories is displayed.
2. From the Language list box, select the required language to view all Canned Responses created in the selected Language.
3. Click the plus sign (+) next to a Team to view the list of Categories in the Team.
4. Click the plus sign (+) next to a Category to view Canned Responses under that Category.
5. Select the required Canned Response.
