Disabling Auto Spell Check
The Auto Spell Check feature enables automatic spell checking where a typing error is immediately indicated as it is being typed. The spelling error is indicated by a red underline. The User may disable this option and choose to spell check using the Spelling dialog box.
To Disable Auto Spell Check
1. From the Tools menu, select Options. The General tab is selected by default.
2. Click the Media tab. By default, the Auto spell check option is selected.
3. Clear the Auto spell check option.
4. Click OK. The Auto Spell Check feature is disabled.
