The Mailing List Manager enables you to locate, view, create, edit, share, and delete Mailing Lists. It also enables you to make a copy of the Mailing List and delete base Object items from a static Mailing List. To view the Mailing List Manager, select Mailing Lists from the Edit menu in any Workspace.

Components of the Mailing List Manager

The Mailing List Manager consists of a Table View, and command buttons that enable you to manage Mailing Lists. The following table describes the components of the Mailing List Manager.

Description

Search Fields

The Team, Categories, Campaign and Base Object fields enable you to locate Mailing Lists. Specify values in one or more of these fields and click Search to locate the Mailing List.

Table View

Lists all Mailing Lists that satisfy the specified search conditions. If the List Deleted Mailing Lists option is selected, the deleted Mailing Lists that satisfy the specified search conditions are also listed.

Properties of a Mailing List are displayed in columns in the Mailing List Manager Table View. You can customize the Table View in the Mailing List Manager.
