Viewing a Report
To View a Report
1. In any Workspace, select Analytics from the GoTo menu. The Analytics Workspace is displayed.
2. In the My Reports pane, expand the Favorites folder if the report has been added to it.
- OR -
Expand the folder, or sub-folder within the My Folders folder in which the report is stored.
3. Double-click the report you want to view.
- OR -
Right-click the report you want to view, and select View Report from the shortcut menu.
The report is displayed in the Results pane of the Analytics Workspace in the form of a table.
To View a Report using the Reports Manager
1. In any Workspace, select Analytics from the GoTo menu. The Analytics Workspace is displayed.
2. From the GoTo menu, select Reports Manager. The Report Manager dialog box is displayed.
3. From the Select Report(s) list, select the report you want to view.
4. Click View. The report is displayed in the Results pane of the Analytics Workspace in the form of a table.
Note • If the report has not been run earlier, the Results pane is empty. If it has been run earlier, the Results pane displays the same data that was generated earlier. The status bar above the Results pane displays the name of the selected report, and the date and time the report was last run. • To view a report with the latest data, you must run the report. See Running a Report for the steps you need to carry out to run a report. |
