Talisma enables you to schedule a report to be run at a later date and time, or at a specified frequency using the Schedule Manager. You can set schedules to recur on an hourly, a daily, a weekly, or a monthly basis. You can configure the Schedule Manager to send out a scheduled report by e-mail, after it is generated. If it is required, you can choose to save a scheduled report as a Microsoft Excel file or as an HTML file.

Example   As the sales manager of WorldWaves, you want to generate a monthly report that displays the number of Opportunities handled by every sales person in your Team. Talisma enables you to schedule the report to be run at the end of every month. You can specify that after the report is generated, it must be sent to all senior managers as a Microsoft Excel worksheet. All these activities can be automated from the Talisma Analytics Workspace using the Schedule Manager.

You can create, edit, and delete schedules from the Schedule dialog box.
