What is Integrated

Connector integrates key operational and reference data between Anthology Student and CampusNexus CRM. For more about Anthology Student and CampusNexus CRM integration, see Resources.

Operational Data

Operational data is the actual Student, student-related, and Account Object data that are integrated between the two systems.

Student Operational Data

Objects

The following Student and student-related objects are integrated:

  • Student
  • Address
  • Agency Affiliation
  • Previous Education
  • Enrollment
  • Activity
  • Applicant

Direction of Integration

Bidirectional synchronization is supported for all Objects except the Enrollment Object. The Enrollment Object has unidirectional synchronization - from Anthology Student to CampusNexus CRM.

The Activity Object is integrated between CampusNexus CRM and Anthology Student bidirectionally only at the header level, and not at the detail level. Currently, only unidirectional integration of the Activity Object (only Interactions) exists between CampusNexus CRM and the Anthology Student Object at the header and detail levels. This unidirectional integration of Activity details also includes masked data integration, that is, it supports display of masked and unmasked data in Anthology Student.

Account Operational Data

Objects

The following account-related objects are integrated:

  • Agency
  • Agency Branch
  • Employer
  • Lead Vendor
  • Lead Sub-vendor
  • College
  • High School

Direction of Integration

Limited bidirectional synchronization is supported for all account-related objects. For Anthology Student to CampusNexus CRM, complete synchronization is supported, while for CampusNexus CRM to Anthology Student only updates are supported.

Reference Data

Reference data is used solely to categorize, classify, or otherwise qualify or constrain the operational transaction data in the two systems. Reference Data integration is based on the concept of Shared Information, with Anthology Student being the system of record for all reference items. Program and Area of Study are examples of this type of reference data elements. Also, another type of reference data is used for relating data in a database to information to students and accounts. Marital Status and Country are examples of these types of reference data elements.

The following reference data is integrated:

Area of Interest Terms Title
Program Lead Sources Suffix
Program Version Start Date Lead Types Veteran
Area of Study Campuses Gender
Address Type Education Level Activity Status
Staff Program Level Activity Status Result
Country Shift Concentration Type
State School Status Application Type
Extra-Curricular Marital Status Enrollment Status
Hispanic/Latino Citizen Ethnic Group
Seasonal Document Status Type SIS User
Test Score Pronoun

Direction of Integration

All Reference Objects have unidirectional synchronization - from Anthology Student to CampusNexus CRM.

Integration Levels

Connector supports three levels of data integration. The three levels are:

  1. Anthology Student - CampusNexus CRM Standard out-of-the-box integration: Predefined Integration of operational and reference data elements.

  2. Anthology Student - CampusNexus CRM School Defined Field integration: An Anthology Student school-defined field can be integrated with custom Properties of the Student Object in CampusNexus CRM.

    Direction of Integration

Support is provided for bidirectional integration of Anthology Student School Defined Fields with Custom Properties on the Student Object in CampusNexus CRM. For more information, see Integration Levels.

  3. Anthology Student - CampusNexus CRM Custom Integration Framework: Supports Custom Integration of operational and reference data elements.

The first level of data integration is the standard option that is made available with the out-of-the-box version of Connector in conjunction with Anthology Student and CampusNexus CRM. The School Defined Field and Custom Integration Framework are available under the guidance of Anthology Inc. Professional Services.
