Managing the Integration

As the system administrator, you initially install and configure the Connector component.

After the installation and configuration processes are complete, you must test the connection and data integration established between the two systems using the Connector Queue Manager.

The management of the operations that you perform regularly using Connector involves tasks that fall under the following categories:

  • Managing and controlling data integration transactions

  • Monitoring initial configuration settings and modify the settings when necessary

On a regular basis, you would use the Connector Queue Manager to:

  • View all transactions and their statuses for integration messages from CampusNexus CRM to Anthology Student and Anthology Student to CampusNexus CRM.

  • Edit and re-submit transactions with error status.

  • Test the Integration Connections to both, CampusNexus CRM and Anthology Student systems.

Additionally, for administrative purposes, you would use the Connector Queue Manager to:

  • Search Outgoing Queues of both systems for specific messages

  • View a list of messages based on a filter condition
