Using Connector Queue Manager
The Connector Queue Manager web application is a central point of management for viewing queues and resolving error messages. You use the application to manage queues of an integrated installation of CampusNexus CRM and the Anthology Student SIS.
The tasks that you perform on a regular basis as the system administrator, using the Queue Manager web application, fall under four broad groups:
- Logging on and testing connections
- Viewing messages
- Searching and filtering messages
- Resolving error messages
Before You Begin
Before you begin executing tasks using the Queue Manager web application, ensure that you have carried out the following:

Load reference data from Anthology Student to CampusNexus CRM.

Load operational data from Anthology Student to CampusNexus CRM.

Write Rules within the CampusNexus CRM system to integrate data from CampusNexus CRM to Anthology Student.

Configure SIS integration at the CampusNexus CRM Business Administrator user interface, of the following objects:
- Users
- Stages
- Campuses
- SISs

Configure the Anthology Student system (Confirm Integrated Users have right permissions in Anthology Student)

Enable the integration of the endpoint systems.
