International

You can use the International tile from the Campuses page to:

  • Specify whether or not the campus accepts non-immigrant (NI) students

  • Configure Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) processing

SEVIS requires that institutions having non-immigrant students report certain information to the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).

Prerequisites

You must have:

  • To view the page, System - Settings - Campuses - View authorization

  • To specify or change, System - Settings - Campuses - Manage authorization

While you can configure a campus for SEVIS processing, your institution must also have enabled and configured SEVIS in Contact Manager for Anthology Student to exchange data with SEVIS. (Select the Settings tile > expand Contact Manager > select SEVIS.)

You should also be familiar with Features for International Students and SEVIS.
