FISAP Summary Report

You can use the FISAP Summary Report to display a summary of the FISAP amounts and income figures (such as the EFC/SAI amounts, taxable, and untaxed income). The report also displays information for individual fund sources (such as the number of recipients and amounts for Perkins loans, SEOG grants, and Federal Work-Study).

When you generate a report for a campus with multiple OPEIDs, you must select an OPEID to display in the output, but information for all of the OPEIDs is included in the report.

The FISAP Summary Report is presented with two different sets of information depending on whether the report is exported to Excel or printed. The Excel export presents only the first information set containing "Part II. Section F. Information on eligible aid applicants for Award Year".

Prerequisites

You must have:

  • Common - Reports - View authorization

  • Either Reports - Financial Aid - FISAP Summary or Financial Aid - All Reports authorization (All Reports provides authorization to view all reports for Financial Aid.)

Access Method

Select the Reports tile > expand Financial Aid > select FISAP Summary Report.

Procedure to Generate the Report

  1. Specify the data selection criteria.

Award YearClosed The financial aid award year.

OPEID to DisplayClosed Office of Postsecondary Education Identification (OPE ID) assigned to the institution. If the 8-digit OPEID for your institution is different from the 6-digit school code appended with the 2-digit branch code, your institution can specify the OPEID when financial aid is configured for a campus. It only needs to be configured if different. For Regulatory, the OPEID is used instead of the school code and branch code in Enrollment Reporting, COD export, Clearinghouse export files, and FISAP.

Serial NumberClosed The serial number assigned to your institution. The branch number for standalone institutions and the main campus of multi-campus institutions is typically 00. The exception to this would be where institutions merge and a different numbering convention was used.

  2. Select the View Report button.

    Anthology Student displays the report.

  3. To download the report, select the Export drop-down menu Export drop-down menu in the report toolbar and select an option, e.g., Excel, PDF, PowerPoint, or CSV.
