National Do Not Call

You can use the National Do Not Call page to: 

  • Create a batch that import the files for Federal Trade Commission (FTC) National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry

  • Update the records for students in the Anthology Student database using the data from the files
  • Look up a phone number for a student to see whether or not they can be called

You can also use the page to manage the batches for importing and updating. For example, you can check to see if the file imported before you generate the batch for the update.

Prerequisites

You must have Common - Processes - View authorization.

You must also have one or more of the following authorizations.  

  • Contact Manager - Processes - National Do Not Call - Import

  • Contact Manager - Processes - National Do Not Call - Update

  • Contact Manager - Processes - National Do Not Call - Lookup

Access Method

Select the Processes tile > expand Contact Manager > select National Do Not Call.
