Add or Edit Entrance Tests
You can add or edit the entrance tests for a student. You can change the values for a test that has been added, but you cannot change the name of the test that has been added. If you added the wrong test by mistake, you can remove it and add the correct test instead.
The following items can be configured by your institution to require, and automatically add specific tests.

When tests are configured as required, they are automatically added to the test list for the student, so that you can add the test scores.
Prerequisites
You must have:

Common - Student - View authorization

To add an entrance test, Admissions - Test Score - New authorization

To edit an entrance test, Admissions - Test Score - Edit authorization
If your institution automatically adds remedial courses for test scores that are less than a minimum, you should also be familiar with the Background for Courses Added for Test Scores.
Your institution must have set the Allow Enhanced Student Test Scores option under System Advanced Setting to Yes to specify the expiration date for each test score under Result Expired Date field.
Access Method
Select the Students tile > select the name in the Students list > expand Admissions > select the Test Scores tile.
Procedure to Add or Edit Entrance Tests

Verify that the program version is correct. If not, select All Program Versions or the specific program version in the Program Version list.

If you want to:

Add a test score, select the New button on the toolbar

Edit an existing test score, select the name of the test in the list

Specify or change the following values. The field value will vary depending on the type of test. If the selected Test has sub scores, Anthology Student displays the Sub Score section.

Continue making changes, select the Save button

Close, select the Save & Close button
