Automated Post Withdrawal Document Tracking Status
You can use this form to configure the document status that is used to apply to a student and parent document status as it is being managed through the Contact Manager document tracking form. These statuses are used across all campuses in the database for the Automated Refund Calculation feature. An institution needs to create a Configure Document Statuses prior to completing Post Withdrawal Disbursement Tracking Status Configuration.
Based on Age days configuration, the Automated Process will look into post withdrawal disbursements tracking and sets an appropriate status from the Document Tracking form. In this way, you can filter this document status from the Post Withdrawal Tracking form to see the current status of PWD or IOPWD.

Financial Aid Automation - Configuration - Automated Post Withdrawal Document Tracking Status - Delete, Edit, New, and View authorization.
Access Method
Select the Configuration tile > expand Financial Aid > select Automated Refund Calculation Settings > PWD Tracking Status.
Procedure to Manage Automated Post Withdrawal Document Tracking Status

Review the displayed fields and configure the following values in the Automated Post Withdrawal Document Tracking Status grid.
Note: An "Automated Refund Calculation Activated" column will appear displaying Yes or No to show if the automated refund calculation is activated at the campus based on the process activation level.

Select Save in the toolbar when your choices are complete.
