Description

Each record on this form represents a single salary code that can be assigned to a worker. Each code can be associated with a salary grid or have a median amount defined for use with comparative ratios.

Fields

Field	Description
Salary	Name of the salary
Short code	5-character identifier. Defaults to the first five characters of the name.
Salary description	Long description of the salary
Salary grid	Associated salary grid, if applicable
Minimum amount	Absolute minimum amount that calculated salaries for this code can be. 0.00 denotes no limit.
Median amount	Industry standard for salaries for this code. Compa ratios are applied to this amount.
Maximum amount	Absolute maximum amount that calculated salaries for this code can be. 0.00 denotes no limit.
Active date	First date the record is in effect
Expiry date	Last date the record is in effect
