Pay Group Accumulators

Description
This form contains accumulators configured at the pay group level. Pay group accumulators store data for all workers in a single pay group.
Any changes made to accumulator amounts in this form are lost when accumulators are re-seeded (re-initialized) from transaction data. To make permanent changes to accumulators, you must make an accumulator adjustment.

Record Information
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Worker | A specific worker for whom the pay group accumulator accumulates |
| Worker's name | Full name of the Worker, if specified |
| Accumulator | Accumulator configured for the pay group |
| Date period | Time interval over which the accumulator stores data. At the end of the Date period, the accumulator resets. |
| Date period year | Current active year over which the accumulator stores data. |
| Date period number | Current active period if the Date period year contains multiple periods |
| Accumulated amount | Current value of the accumulator |
