Description

This form lists all the eligibility groups that have been configured for use in defining eligibilities for accumulators and occupation rules. Eligibility groups are an alternative to using pay groups, position filters, position types, and other fields to define eligibility.

Eligibility groups are defined in terms of calculation variables, where workers who have the corresponding calculation variables and variable amounts are considered as meeting the eligibility requirements.

Calculation variable items
  • Opens the Calculation variable items setup form, where the eligibility group expression string can be edited. The string determines the condition set of the eligibility group.
  • Test an eligibility group expression string against a particular worker and/or position

Fields

Field Description
Eligibility group Name of the eligibility group
Short code 5-character identifier. Defaults to the first five characters of the name.
Description Long description of the eligibility group
Active date First date the record is in effect
Expiry date Last date the record is in effect
