Description
Date periods are classifications of time units that can be associated with real-world dates. Actual dates are managed in the Date period dates form.
These dates are used extensively in payroll processing.
Notes: Many accumulators provided with the Statutory Deductions Spreadsheet use the Pay Period date period code extensively. To ensure these accumulators update correctly (if you are using them), please refrain from creating other date period codes for your pay groups.
