Vanity URL

In Anthology Cloud 1.2 environments which use the STS component for authentication, Forms Renderer and Portal can be deployed with a vanity URL, i.e., a descriptive or branded URL that redirects users from one location to another. Vanity URLs are not applicable to Form Designer.

An example of a vanity URL is https://<institution>.campusnexus.cloud/#/sequencelist, where <institution> is a placeholder for the customized URL selected by the institution.

Important: All persisted instances for authenticated sequences must be cleared before changing the Renderer URL to a vanity URL.

If you are a Cloud 1.2 customer and you want to implement a vanity URL for your instance of Renderer, please contact Anthology Inc. at https://support.campusmgmt.com/ and submit a Service Request (CSR).

If you are using Azure AD, Anthology Inc. will need to update or create new App Registrations with vanity URLs for you.
