Analytics Tracker
Forms Builder 3.7 and later supports form analytics via 3rd party scripts that are inserted at the sequence level. Anthology Inc. partnered with Formisimo to leverage the Zuko platform for form analytics. Forms Builder clients who request form statistics and usage data are referred to Formisimo to purchase the Zuko product. Zuko is a SaaS platform.
Zuko tracks form events, visualizes data, enables clients to configure alerts, and helps designers optimize forms. The Zuko platform provides a dashboard and multiple views where clients can see, for example:
- Number of form visits, starts, and completions
- Average form completion time
- User interactions with specific fields
- User navigation paths
- Field metric trends over a period of time
- Field return data
- Fields that caused users to abandon the form

To implement the Zuko analytics tracker in your form sequences, log into Service Desk and create a new partner request. For detailed instructions, see Partner Referral Process Forms Builder and Zuko Quick Reference Guide.
Enable Form Analytics
If you have purchased a Zuko license, specify the slug provided by Formisimo in the Analytics Tracker property of the form sequence. The slug is a text string that identifies the form in the Zuko platform. Form events sent to the Zuko platform will include the slug and domain from where the event originates.
In the example below, the slug is "test".
Map Forms Builder Fields to Zuko
