Agent-specific Options

These options help an agent to complete an online application on behalf of a student. The agent can upload required documents, add recommenders, make an online payment, and review the application status.

Following are some of the options available on the portal that can be configured by the institution for an agent:

  • Create Application
  • Agent Application Dashboard
  • Application Summary

Create Application

The Create Application option enables an agent to begin or review the application registration process.

Agent Application Dashboard

The Agent Application Dashboard displays a list of Application Definition Versions.

The Agent Application Dashboard displays the same information that is displayed for an applicant in the Application Dashboard. For details, see the Application Dashboard section in the Applicant-specific Options topic.

Agents can complete and submit the online application on behalf of a student.

Application Details

The Application Details page provides an overview of the application that an agent can view to perform the following tasks on behalf of the student:

  • View and manage Requirements

    When the Allow Agents To Manage Requirements From Portal option is selected in the Portal Settings tab in the Application Definition Version record of an application in Reach, agents can perform the following tasks:

    • Upload or change documents via the portal.
    • Add, change, update, or notify recommenders again.
  • View and manage Decisions

    When the Allow Agents To Manage Decisions From Portal option is selected in the Portal Settings tab in the Application Definition Version record of an application in Reach, agents can perform the following tasks:

    • Review decisions and make an enrollment decision via the portal.
