Updates for Anthology Reach 4.2 release:

Field Mappings:

1. New placeholder mappings have been added with Inactive status for the Fields which do not exist ootb in Reach.
2. External field name updated from "Administration_Date" to "TestDate" in Row number 28
3. New Virtual mappings added for fields "IBT_Listening", "IBT_Speaking" and "IBT_Total_Score"
4. "IBT_rPDT_ID_Number" field mapping set Inactive If required set it to Active by adding required virtual mappings.

Row 49: Parameter contains the default value of Official Test Scores for the Source Category for Record Type of contact.
Row 50: Parameter contains the default value of Student for the Contact Type for Record Type of contact.
Row 53: Parameter contains the default value of contact for the parentidtype for Record Type of customeraddress.
Row 55: Parameter contains the default value of External Upload for the Source Method for Record Type of contact.
Row 56: Parameter contains the default value of Primary for the Address Type for Record Type of customeraddress.
Row 57: Parameter contains the default value of Primary for the Mail Type for Record Type of customeraddress.
Row 58: Parameter contains the default value of TOEFL for the Test Type for Record Type of mshied_testscore.

TEMPLATE SETTINGS MAPPINGS

Row 65: Internal Option value contains the default value of 0 which will not display the enhanced import statistics in the log.  Update to a value of 1 to enable.
Row 66: Internal Option value contains the default value of 1 for Import Row Batch Size which sets the system to select one row at a time from the import batch to process
Row 67: Internal Option Value contains the default value of 100 which sets the system to work with 100 records per batch from the file.
