Script error

Problem

Occasionally, on the Reach Portal, the following error message is displayed:

Cause

Scripts for auto instrumentation feature are not added in the Trusted sources page under the Web security settings of Sitefinity.

Resolution

1. Login to Sitefinity and navigate to Administration > Settings.

2. In the Basic Settings page, click Web security.

3. On the Web security page, select the Trusted sources and click Edit.

4. In the Trusted sources page:

   • In the Scripts block add https://*/scripts/a/.

     

   • In the Forms, frames, child sources, connect sources, plugins section, add https://dc.services.visualstudio.com/v2/track.

     

5. Click Done.
