Single Sign-on Modifications

If an organization is using Single-Sign-On to secure their access to Gmail and Anthology Reach, steps described in previous topics can be following but with a few substitutions. The steps in this topic relate to the proper setup of server side sync and do not cover the setup and configuration of Single-Sign-On for Gmail and Anthology Reach.

• Skip step 5 in Server Side Sync - Gmail Integration. In its place, create a Google App Password. This password will be used instead of the user’s single sign on password configuration described in Setting Up Mailboxes.
