Customer Voice Survey Customization
Customer Voice has not released any integration APIs to connect to the Azure environment where the surveys are managed and processed. Native integration functionality along with integration options available in Power Automate enable integration with the Microsoft Dataverse data model.
The customization of a survey is handled in two modes – Design and Send. In either of these modes, click the Customizations button on the right. Depending on which mode you are in, you will view a different set of customization options.
Design Mode

Satisfaction metrics - Add satisfaction metrics for a project to track trends across surveys

Branching – Customize the flow of your survey to include or exclude questions based on previous responses.

Personalization - Add up to 15 variables to personalize your survey for recipients.

Languages - Choose up to 23 languages to appear in your surveys.

Branding – set the Theme color, Fonts, Background

Formatting – Show a progress bar, question number, shuffle questions.
