Known Issues
- Currently, the Schedule Appointment page in Anthology Reach works only with the old staff calendar framework, and the new staff calendar framework supports booking appointment slots only from the portal. For more information, see The Book Appointment Page on the Portal.
-
The integration between Reach and Portal happens through a Portal User, who is a system user that carries out tasks of setting up and maintaining connectivity from the student portal to Anthology Reach. This user is required to have permission to the Drawers and Document Types.
By default, the CMC-Portal Role has access to All Drawers and Document Types in Reach.
If a Portal User is not assigned a security role or the assigned security role does not have access to the required Drawers and Document Types, then a blank pop-up is displayed to the user on the portal (e.g. a Student who tries to retrieve an already uploaded documented on portal). This is applicable only in customer environments where the Document Imaging system integration is enabled.
Due to a limitation in TPC portal, the system is unable to display a meaningful business error message in this scenario.
For information on configuring the security and access control for portal users to access uploaded documents, see Prerequisites and Configurations for Hyland OnBase and Prerequisites and Configurations for Hyland Perceptive Content.

The value in the Name field of a parent record is not automatically updated in the Name of a child record when the name of the parent record is changed after the child record is saved.
Example:
A DOM Definition record, Adam Hegde - Summer Admissions, is associated with a DOM Definition Logic record, Contact > Contact - Is Null - Adam Hegde. When the DOM Definition record is edited and then saved as Ian Hass - Summer Admissions, the DOM Definition Logic record is not updated automatically from Contact > Contact - Is Null - Adam Hegde to Contact > Contact - Is Null - Ian Hass.
