Overview of Integration with Live Assist

The Live Assist solution from Communication Business Avenue Inc. allows staff members (agents) to interact with Students via live chat. It is an add on feature in Reach that provides robust live chat functionality, which goes beyond just one-to-one texting. It helps in engaging online portal users e.g. Students with live chat, cobrowsing, voice and video calling.

As a staff member (agent), I must be able to:

  • Interact with students via live chat

  • Co-browse and have the option of video experiences
