Integration With Blackboard Learn

By enabling the integration with Blackboard Learn, Anthology Reach users (advisors and coaches) will have access to detailed and timely information about student's course performance and engagement at their fingertips.

There are two parts to the integration with Blackboard Learn:

1. LMS Trends Report – A detailed dashboard embedded on the Contact form in Reach, which shows individual students’ current course engagement and performance data from Blackboard Learn.

2. Direct Data Integration – Individual data points from Blackboard Learn brought into Reach through a file-based import process. These data can be leveraged for queries, segments, journey, and other features in Anthology Reach.
