Common App - Import Scenarios
This topic describes various import scenarios. Ensure that you read this content before importing information from Common App.
Dates of SAT and OLD SAT Tests
For source records of SAT tests, if date values in the following fields are different, two records, one corresponding to each date, will be created in Anthology Reach for the same SAT test.
- SAT as of 3-2016 RW Score
- SAT as of 3-2016 Math Score
A single record is created in Anthology Reach if the date values are identical.
The same behavior occurs in OLD SAT records if date values in the following source fields are different:
- SAT CR Score
- SAT Math Score
Values in the Test Source Field
The value in the Test Source field will be set to Self - Reported when records of the following tests are imported from Common App:
- ACT
- SAT
- OLD SAT
- TOEFL
Updating Phone Information
The following table indicates the field that is updated in the Contact record when phone details are imported from Common App:

Importing Experience Records
To successfully import Experience records in Parent 1, Parent 2 and Legal Guardian contact records through Common App, ensure that the Experience Type field in such records is set to Not Specified.
