Common App - Importing Information
Prospects can submit or update their college applications using Common App (https://www.commonapp.org/). Anthology Reach includes a framework where institutional staff and integration specialists can view such information. Records of the following entities are created and / or updated when prospects submit information through Common App:
- Address
- Application
- Application Registration
- Area of Interest
- Contact
- Experience
- Extra Curricular Participant
- Previous Education
- Test Score
These records are displayed as a result of an import mechanism that triggers the flow of information from Common App to Anthology Reach. Information can be imported from Common App in the following scenarios:
- When prospects submit information afresh in Common App.
- Information imported from Common App overwrites details that were specified manually in Anthology Reach.
Anthology Reach users can modify records created or updated from Common App.
