Common App - Importing Information

Prospects can submit or update their college applications using Common App (https://www.commonapp.org/). Anthology Reach includes a framework where institutional staff and integration specialists can view such information. Records of the following entities are created and / or updated when prospects submit information through Common App:

  • Address
  • Application
  • Application Registration
  • Area of Interest
  • Contact
  • Experience
  • Extra Curricular Participant
  • Previous Education
  • Test Score

These records are displayed as a result of an import mechanism that triggers the flow of information from Common App to Anthology Reach. Information can be imported from Common App in the following scenarios:

  • When prospects submit information afresh in Common App.
  • Information imported from Common App overwrites details that were specified manually in Anthology Reach.

Anthology Reach users can modify records created or updated from Common App.
