Entities Integrated
Records of entities integrated between Anthology Student and Anthology Reach can be categorized into operational data and reference data.

Operational Data
Operational data or transactional data is maintained in both Anthology Reach and Anthology Student. Examples of operational data include student, student related entities, and account related entities.
The following table provides a list of student and account operational entities.

Data Synchronization of Operational Entities
Records of the following operational entities are created in Anthology Reach as a result of one-way integration from Anthology Student. However, the Address, Contact, Application, and Enrollment entities are updated as described in the following table.

Address - When an application record is synced from Anthology Reach to Anthology Student, address records associated with the contact in the application record are synced from Anthology Reach to Anthology Student. When address records, that were synced as a result of application sync, are updated in Anthology Reach the address updates are integrated from Anthology Reach to Anthology Student.

Contact - Instances of the Contact entity are updated and synced bidirectionally.

Application - On syncing from Anthology Reach to Anthology Student, equivalent Enrollment records are created in Anthology Student.

Enrollment - Integration occurs from Anthology Student to Anthology Reach. Further updates to instances of the Enrollment entity occur only in Anthology Student. Such updates are then synced with equivalent enrollment records in Anthology Reach.
Note: Enrollment records in Anthology Reach are displayed in read-only mode.
Reference Data
Anthology Student acts as the system of record for reference data items. Reference data is used to qualify operational data and includes data about programs, academic periods, courses and so on.
Data Synchronization of Reference Entities
Reference entities are integrated from Anthology Student to Anthology Reach.
Records of the following entities are created in Anthology Reach as a result of one-way integration from Anthology Student.
