Student Alert Dashboards and Views

Student alert dashboards can be viewed in My Student Alerts – Overview. The following charts will be displayed:

• My Alerts - Student Alerts by Status Reason
• My Active Alerts - Student Alerts by Alert Reason
• My Resolved Alerts - Student Alerts by Alert Reason
• My Active Alerts - Student Alerts Created on Day
• My Resolved Alerts - Student Alerts created on Day

In a chart, click > View Records, to view the records that correspond with the displayed graph.

The following image is an example of how information will be displayed:

Student alert records will be displayed in the following views:

• My Active Alerts (Default) – Displays student alert records created by the submitter in which the Status Reason is Active.
• My Alerts – Displays all student alert records created by the submitter (those that are Active, Cancelled or Resolved)
• My Cancelled Alerts – Displays student alert records created by the submitter in which the Status Reason is Cancelled.
• My Resolved Alerts – Displays student alert records created by the submitter in which the Status Reason is Resolved.
