Creating a Test Score

When you create a Test Score record, the displayed form includes fields with subjects and sections that apply to the selected test.

You need to select the appropriate test:

  • SAT
  • ACT
  • GRE
  • GMAT
  • TOEFL
  • IELTS

The saved Test Score record is named based on the selected test. For example, if you choose SAT, the name of the record will be SAT.

To view a test score record, in a student record navigate to the Test Scores grid in the Student Records tab. To view a student’s scores in each component of a test, hover over a record in the Test Score Value column.

The value of the Created Source read-only field will be set to one of the following based on how the record is created:

  • CRM - when test records are created in Anthology Reach.

  • Import - when test score records are created through an import operation.

  • Portal - when the applicant types test score details in an applicant portal.

  • In the ACT test form, its equivalent SAT Score is automatically computed and saved in the SAT Equivalent Score field. Similarly, in the SAT test form, its equivalent ACT score is automatically computed and saved in the ACT Equivalent Score field.
  • For the ACT and SAT tests, if the Include in Score Calculation check box is selected and any test records are deactivated, the following fields are automatically updated:
    • ACT Superscore
    • SAT Superscore
    • ACT Best
    • SAT Best
If it's required to delete specific test score records, it's recommended to deactivate the records before they are deleted.
