Associating a Different Contact Field With the Score Definition Gauge

The gauge in the Student Success Profile tab of the contact entity is divided into green, yellow, and red ranges. These ranges are controlled by values typed for each range in the associated score definition record.

By default, the gauge is associated with the Current Retention Score field of the contact. For score definition records in which contact is the base entity, the following steps describe how you can associate the gauge with the contact field that is set in the Score Attribute field of the score definition record.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System.
  2. In the left pane, navigate to Entities > Contact, and double-click the Contact(Reach - New) form.
  3. In the Student Success Profile area, double-click cmc_/Pages/RetentionScoreGauge.html. The Web Resource Properties dialog is displayed.
  4. In the Custom Parameter(data) field, type the schema name of the field which you want to associate the gauge.
  5. Click OK.
