Adding Multiple Domain/URL for Anthology Reach TPC Portal

This topic outlines the steps a customer needs to follow to add additional domains/URLs to the Anthology Reach TPC portal. Additional domain/URL are only supported for production environment.

1. Create a CNAME record for the new domain/URL in customer domain and point it to the out of the box TPC domain/URL.

2. Open a service desk incident in service desk portal with the following details:

   • The new Anthology Reach TPC portal domain/URL.

   • The SSL certificate in pfx file format with the password or key for importing the certificate in TPC website. Attach the certificate to the service desk incident and specify the password or key in the confidential section of the service desk incident. You may also choose to share this information via another secure method, if preferred.

3. Anthology Reach deployment team will add the new domain configurations and will update customer through the service desk incident.

If the current SSL certificate expires, customer will need to share the new SSL certificate in a service desk incident to have it updated in the Anthology Reach TPC portal configuration.
