1. Template Name is updated to ACT_2025.

There are no changes to the Field Mappings and Data Mappings from the previous versions. Only the Template Name is updated to ACT_2021_2023.

The information below is intended to assist in the initial configuration of the Import Template.  Below you will find a listing of rows for the Field and Data Mappings that we recommend reviewing for a specific environment prior to importing.  

Field Mappings
Row 114: Parameter contains the default value of Primary for the Address Type for Record Type of Address 1.
Row 115: Parameter contains the default value of Primary for the Mail Type for Record Type of Address 1.
Row 116: Parameter contains the default value of ACT for the Test Type for Record Type of Test Score 1.
Row 117: Parameter contains the default value of Student for the Contact Type Record Type of Contact.
Row 118: Parameter contains the default value of Official Test Scores for the Source Category Record Type of Contact.
Row 119: Parameter contains the default value of External Upload for the Source Method Record Type of Contact.
Row 120: Parameter contains the default value of Import for the Source of Record Type of Address 1.
Row 121: Parameter contains the default value of Import for the Source of Record Type of Previous Education 1.
Row 122: Parameter contains the default value of Import for the Source of Record Type of Test Score 1.
Row 123: Parameter contains the default value of Official for the TestSource of Record Type of Test Score 1.
Row 124: Parameter contains the default value of Import for the Source of Record Type of Contact.


Data Mappings:
Rows 297-304: Internal Option and Internal Value contain the option for each selection from the layout that match up to the source template.

Row 352: Internal Option value contains the default value of 0 which will not display the enhanced import statistics in the log.  Update to a value of 1 to enable.
Row 353: Internal Option value contins the default value of 1 for Import Row Batch Size which sets the system to select one row at a time from the import batch to process
Row 354: Internal Option Value contains the default value of 100 which sets the system to work with 100 records per batch from the file.
