Instructor Report

The Instructor report allows you to review all the data related to instructors.

The report displays a variety of information from different aspects of an instructor’s professional life. The report is divided into section. Each section is located on a separate page of the report.

The Instructor report consists of pages with the following groups of information:

  • Details – General and personal information of the instructor
  • Address – Instructor’s addresses
  • Contacts – Contact information of the instructor
  • Course sections – Course sections the instructor is teaching
  • Books – Books written by the instructor
  • Papers – Papers written by the instructor
  • Research projects – Research projects in which the instructor participated
  • Patents – Patents invented by the instructor
  • Grants – Grants given to the instructor
  • Conferences – Conferences in which the instructor participated
  • Knowledge other – Other knowledge creation artifacts related to the instructor
  • Campuses – Campuses associated with the instructor
  • Education – Education that the instructor has completed
  • Skills – Skills of the instructor
  • Experience – The project experience of the instructor
  • Certificates – Certificates achieved by the instructor
  • Affiliations – Affiliations of the instructor
  • Positions – Position assignments for the instructor

You can export the report to Excel. During the export, information is distributed between Excel sheets in accordance with the above-mentioned groups of information.

Access Method

Navigate to Faculty management > Reports > Instructor report.

Navigate to Faculty management > Common > Instructors. Select an instructor. On the Action Pane, in the Reports group, select Instructor report.

The following table provides information about filters used when building the report:

Field Description
Show instructorsInstructors to be included in the report based on the following instructor status:
  • Active
  • Inactive
  • All
Instructor ID The instructor IDs you want to see in the report.
Staff ID in Student The Anthology Student Staff ID associated with the instructor you want to see in the report.
