Faculty Types Page

Use this form to create and maintain faculty types.

Access Method

Navigate to Faculty management > Setup > Faculty types.

The following table describes the page controls.

Fields

Field Description
Faculty type Faculty type.
Description Description of the faculty type.
Staff Type

Position of the Staff Type. The options are:

  • Teach: This option creates the Worker as Teaching Staff according to the configuration in Human Resources module. Teach is the default.

  • Non-Teach: This option creates the Worker as Non-Teaching Staff according to the configuration in the Human Resources module.

Note: When a Staff member is created with the Staff type Non-Teach, this action will result in the removal of the "Instructor" Staff group. If a Staff created in Anthology Finance & HCM is associated with a Staff Group in Anthology Student, the Staff Group will be added to the "INSTRUCTOR" category for teaching Staff members.
