Configure the Federal Work-Study Integration Batch Job

The Federal Work-Study integration job runs asynchronously to ensure the integration of pending records from Anthology Finance & HCM to Anthology Student if the real-time integration fails. The frequency of recurrence and schedule of the job needs to be configured based on business requirements.

To configure the Federal Work-Study integration job:

1. Navigate to Student accounting > Integration > Federal Work-Study integration.

2. On the Federal Work-Study integration page, edit the required fields and select OK.

Note: If the Federal Work-Study (FWS) integration option is not enabled in Anthology Student, the integration status of the records will be marked as Not Integrated. If the FWS integration is enabled later in Anthology Student, the records that were previously marked as Not Integrated will not be integrated through the Federal Work-Study integration job.
