Sending Deposits to Student History Page

Use this form to view the status of deposits that were sent to Anthology Student.

Roles and Privileges

CMC: Student accounting manager or CMC: Student accounting administrator

Click Student accounting > Integration > Sending deposits to Student history

The following tables provide descriptions of controls on this page.

Filter	Description
Student	Select a student to view the status of the bank deposits sent to Anthology Student.
Deposit sending status	Select a status to view records belonging to that category: Error - Indicates an error occurred while sending the deposit slip details to Anthology Student. Use the checkbox to select multiple deposit slips. Sent - Indicates the deposit slip details are sent successfully to Anthology Student. If multiple records are selected, the menu options (Payment Journal, Inquiries, Functions, Deposit slip sending status and Log) will be disabled. Whereas for single selection Payment Journal and Inquiries options will be enabled. Cancelled - Indicates the deposit slip details are not sent to Anthology Student. Use the checkbox to select multiple deposit slips.

Student

Select a student to view the status of the bank deposits sent to Anthology Student.

Deposit sending status

Select a status to view records belonging to that category:

Error - Indicates an error occurred while sending the deposit slip details to Anthology Student. Use the checkbox to select multiple deposit slips.
Sent - Indicates the deposit slip details are sent successfully to Anthology Student. If multiple records are selected, the menu options (Payment Journal, Inquiries, Functions, Deposit slip sending status and Log) will be disabled. Whereas for single selection Payment Journal and Inquiries options will be enabled.
Cancelled - Indicates the deposit slip details are not sent to Anthology Student. Use the checkbox to select multiple deposit slips.

Button	Description
Payment journal	Opens the customer payment journal page associated with the selected journal line.
Functions	Opens a menu that contains following items: Send deposits to Student - Sends selected transactions with None or Error status to Anthology Student.
Deposit slip sending status	Opens a menu that contains the following items: Cancelled - Change the status of the selected records to Cancelled. Cancel multiple records by selecting one or more deposit slips. Deposit with Cancelled status are not sent to Anthology Student. Error - Change the status of the deposit slip to Error. Select multiple records with error status to send error deposit slips to Anthology Student.
Log	Opens the log which contains messages that are generated when an error occurs while sending the deposit slips details to Anthology Student.
Inquiries	Displays the following menu option: Deposit slip – Opens the Deposit slips page for the selected record.

Field	Description
Name	The name of the student who made the payment.
Bank account	The bank account into which the funds deposited.
Amount in transaction currency	The deposit amount in the currency of the bank account.
Currency	The currency code of the bank account in which the deposit was made.
Deposit slip sending status	The status of sending the deposit slip information to Anthology Student.
Deposit slip date	The date when the amount was deposited into the bank account.
Deposit slip	Deposit slip number.
Transaction Id in Student	The Id of the linked transaction in Anthology Student.
