Knowledge creation - Paper Page

Click Faculty management > Common > Knowledge creation artifacts. In the NEW group, click Knowledge creation and select Knowledge creation - Paper.

Click Faculty management > Common > Instructors. Select an instructor record and click Edit. On the Knowledge creation FastTab, click New and select Knowledge creation - Paper.

Use this form to create and maintain papers written by faculty.

Knowledge creation

Create a new paper.

Edit

Switch between modify mode and view mode.

Delete

Delete a paper record.

Attachments

Open the form to maintain documents or notes related to the selected paper.

General

Use the General FastTab to set up general information about the paper.

Field

Description

Title

Enter the paper title.

Publication

Enter the journal where the paper was published.

Publication date

Enter the date when the paper was published.

Instructor

Specify the identification of the instructor who is the main author of the paper.

Name

The full name of the instructor.

Publication URL

Enter the URL where detailed information about the paper is published.

Description

Enter the description of the paper.

Authors

Use the Authors FastTab to add additional authors of the paper.

Button

Description

New

Use this button if the author associated with the paper does not exist in the system.

Languages

Use the Languages FastTab to maintain information about languages in which the paper is available.
