Create a Legal Entity

The first step in setting up Anthology Finance & HCM is to create a legal entity. Typically, the legal entity represents the organization.

When integrated with Anthology Student, the legal entity must be linked to the specific campus for further accounting operations,

Steps

1. Click Organization administration > Organization > Legal entities.

2. Click New.

3. Enter a name.

4. Enter a company identifier in the Company field. The identifier may contain up to four digits.

5. Select a country/region in the Country/region field.

6. Click OK.

7. In the General area, select a language in the Language field.

8. Click Save and close the page.
