Create an Fund Source Record

To create an FA Fund Source, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Student accounting > Financial Aid Fund Source > Fund sources.

  2. Click New.

  3. In the General section:

    1. In the fund source field, enter a unique name for Fund source.

    2. In the Description field, enter a short explanation for the type.

    3. In the Active from and Active to fields, select the date when the fund source is available for new transactions.

    4. In the Fund source type field, select a value from the drop-down list.
  4. In the Payee details section, add the payee details.

  5. Click Save and close the form.
