Create Working Time Template

Note: Users performing the tasks in this topic must have the System administrator/CMC: Federal work study administrator/CMC: Federal work study manager role.

  1. Select the required Legal entity where the working time template must be configured.

  2. Navigate to the Working time template page (under Human resources > Setup > Scheduling > Working time template)
  3. Click New.

  4. In the Working time template field, specify a value to identify the working time template record.

  5. In the Name field, specify a descriptive name for the template.

  6. Select the tab corresponding to the day of the week for which you want to define working hours, and click Add to create a new line.

  7. In the From field, specify the starting time for the day or the period.

  8. In the To field, specify the ending time for the day or the period. This can be defined as a day, a shift, or a temporary stop in operation, such as a lunch period.

  9. In the Efficiency field, specify the efficiency percentage.

  10. Repeat steps 5 through 8 for each day of the week.

    Use the Copy day button to replicate the working times to all week days. For steps, see Replicate the working times to all week days.

  11. Click Save.

    The working time template record is created.

Replicate the working times to all week days

  1. In the working time template page, select the week day tab that must be replicated.

  2. Click Copy day.

    The Copy day page is displayed.

  3. In the To weekday field, select a value.

  4. Click OK.

    The working time is copied to the selected weekday.
