Selected Courses

Depending on your selection in the All Courses grid, the selected courses will appear in the Selected Courses section.

Use the Show _entries drop-down list to set the number of rows displayed in the grid. Use the Search option to locate specific items within the grid. Select the column headers to sort the data.

Selected Courses Grid Columns
Column	Description
Select	Displays the selected record.
Action	You can perform the following three actions: Remove: You can remove the selected course from the selected grid. Waitlist: Indicates that the student is waitlisted. Reserve: Indicates that the student is reserved.
Code	The course code is used to identify a class. Select the Code link to view the class section details.
Title	Course title Displays the course name of the selected class.
Section	Section identifier for the course.
Schedule	Displays days and times the class section meets.
Credits	Number of credits the selected class section offers.
Grading Scheme	If a course is configured to allow students to choose a Grading Scheme, select Pass/Fail or Non-Pass/Fail. The default option indicates the setting associated with the course.
Campus	Name of the campus.
Building/Room	Building or room where the class section meets. If a class section is held in multiple buildings or rooms, the field displays various.
Location	Location where the class section meets. If a class section is held in multiple locations, the field displays various.
Instructor	Name of the instructor teaching the section.
Course Attributes	Displays the course attributes.
Status	The class status can be Selected, Waitlisted, Reserved, Audit, Pre-req, Co-req. Selected: Indicates that the class section is selected and can be registered. Waitlisted: Indicates that the student is waitlisted. Reserved: Indicates that the student is reserved. Audit: Indicates that the course is an audit course. Pre-req: Indicates that there is a pre-requisite conflict and the class cannot be registered. Co-req: Indicates that there is a co-requisite conflict and the class cannot be registered.
Last Date to Drop	Displays the last date to drop the class.
Shift	Shift when the class section meets. If a class section meets in multiple shifts, the field displays various.
